About WHSLA

WHSLA (pronounced like "wissla") is an association of approximately 25 individual members.

WHSLA's purpose is to:

promote the development of health science libraries and librarianship in Wisconsin
- provide a forum for the discussion of mutual problems and the exchange of ideas and information among members
- encourage the continuing education of all health science library personnel by sponsoring appropriate educational programs
- serve as a liaison to other organizations desiring input from WHSLA

Anyone with an interest in health science librarianship in Wisconsin is eligible for membership in WHSLA. Please read more about WHSLA's history.

WHSLA Archives

WHSLA's archives are held online. Any member with a need for historical information from WHSLA's paper files are invited to contact the WHSLA Archivist for help.
